Our dynamic big board is completely unique to our process and constantly changing with new opportunities. When new opportunities are brought to us, they are added and when they are filled, removed. The big board is constantly being updated and dynamically changing daily.

Based on a specific set of criteria established by the firm, we dial in a proprietary data set to target high probability matches. If you are contacted by M Law Advisors, you are a targeted match for a specific opportunity. We do not fish like other recruiting firms, we hunt.
FIRM SELECTION
We have a confidential initial call to go over the firm or firms with identified needs, where you are targeted as a highly probable match. We assess what is most important to you, your family and your career. You select the firm or firms to move forward for an initial meeting.
INITIAL MEETING
We coordinate a confidential initial introduction meeting with practice area leadership to determine connective tissue and the desire to move the process forward. The M Law Advisors initial vetting process up to this point results in a very high rate of success in these initial meetings.
